Metro Wallworks distributes and trains people to apply fine wall finishes, particularly Venetian

plaster. We are not your typical paint distributor, but we are in the business of green natural wall finishes. With years on

construction sites, though, we see how much waste is accumulated during the course of a project. Being all about

walls, it was natural to see where conservation could be met. Hence recycled paint.

All we sell is recycled paint and super high end Venetian plaster materials and tools. We are here to make it very easy

for you to make a difference.

Recycled Paint comes directly from the designated HWW landfills and commercial hazardous waste landfills. Approximately 7 million gallons of architectural paint is disposed of every year by both home owners and commercial users. The energy to produce the 7 million of gallons that is disposed of is equivalent to the energy used to run 58,000 homes for a year. Paint cans are collected from hazardous waste landfills and taken to a processing center. 

Three byproducts are produced from the disposed of paint. One is turned into fuel, the other an additive for cement and of course latex paint. The left over rusty cans are sold for scrap for further processing. The process to create Metro Wallworks recycled paint uses the whole buffalo so to speak. Using recycled paint is a simple way to make a difference. Additionally recycled paint costs much less than virgin paint of the same quality.
